	IRT Infrared Curing Systems IRT Sweden are the pioneers of infrared curing technology with over 25 years experience in supplying infrared curing systems to the refinish industry. IRT 010 – The Multi-Purpose Hand Held Heater An excellent tool for use in both the paint shop and the bodyshop. Can be used for quick hardening of filler, spray filler and paint. For application and removal of trim foil, plastic and trim mouldings etc. Can also be used for glazing. The hand-held heater is intended for use on small patches. For example, drying small areas of filler, spray filler and for retouching. In retouching work, repairs dry very quickly, approximately 2 min. When the patch has cooled down, it can be polished at once. Featheredges of sprayed clear varnish can be dried off just as quickly, on the A-pillar for example, and can be polished immediately after cooling. The heater can be used in any application, where quick heating is required.


	IRT Mobile Units Celette Griffon For minor jobs and medium sized jobs on vertical surfaces. IRT-030 is a professional tool for all types of paint shops. It is best suited for small repairs mainly with primers on vertical surfaces. IRT's distinctive quality is its very high drying capacity, i.e. large and evenly dried areas in a short time. The drier has a very high product quality and is easy to use in the bodyshop.

Any combination of IRT cassettes can be suspended from the ceiling providing a means of dramatically increasing paint shop throughput while at the same time freeing up valuable floor space. Experience has shown that, based on energy savings alone, the IRT rail system achieves payback in as little as 18 months. 	IRT 7000 – The Infrared Curing Arch IRT's paint curing arches are the ultimate equipment for fast and efficient paint refinish. Everything from a single spot repair to 40 or more mixed jobs a day can be achieved. The arch can cure any paint and panel in a matter of minutes, including waterborne materials and high solids. Using the efficient IRT-7000 arch can easily double the throughput while at the same time improving shop efficiency and productivity. All translating into increased profitability and short payback time. A severe lack of booth capacity, particularly on a restricted site, is a difficult and expensive problem to resolve. The IRT arch gives excellent results and requires very little floor space.
