W+S ATMw InvertaSpot Welder – GT |

|---|---|---|---|
In effect, this Spot welder gives spot results just like the car manufacturers' robots. It will work off our standard 415volt 32amp 3 phase power outlets which means no expensive power changes for the repairer. The Spot welder is a “World First” moving the main transformer from the welding machine to the hand gun. This has major benefits in that it increases power and therefore tip force at the tips and it reduces the possibility of the magnetic field in the cables (as with all previous welders) injuring the tradesman. This will become legislated in Europe by Mid 2008. The InvertaSpot GT will be a “future proofed” machine. It will be recommended by most car makers (already Mercedes Benz & Ford have selected it), it will be able to test and detect the various metals it welds to give a perfect result (another world first) and then will provide an A4 paper print out reporting the quality of the weld, the tradesman, the details of the car, job number etc. The unit will also be programmable with car maker specifications. call SAPE to arrange a demonstration |

W+S IP8 InvertaPuls Mig WelderThe W+S InvertaPuls IP8 was designed specifically for repairs on the new car bodies and it contains special welding settings for thin sheet metal also. The advanced Microprocessor in the IP8 has the capability of memorising previous welds and reproducing them when required and you can save up to 10 welding jobs in the machine. The Wieländer+Schill InvertaPuls IP8 Analog Puls Mig/Arc Welder (with Inverter Technology) has been approved by DaimlerChrysler (Mercedes Benz) for steel, aluminium and mig brazing. Mercedes Benz has said that they approve the IP8 for “Mig Brazing for all cosmetic panels as these are side panels of a non-chassis nature”. For chassis repairs official Mercedes Benz directives must be adhered to, which include regulations relating to spot welding, riveting and Mig/Mag Welding. |

W+S LC04 Laser CutterWieländer+Schill have recently launched the all-new Laser Cutter, for the removal and separation of the new welding seams created with the latest Laser Technology. Manufacturers such as VW are using this new Laser Welding/Laser Brazing technique in many new models (e.g. the new VW Golf 5 and Touareg). Laser Welding offers many advantages to the manufacturing sector, including high welding velocity, less distortion, high weld strength, better structural stiffness and savings on material. Obviously this now requires new techniques on the repairs side of the equation. The new VW Golf 5 has approximately 60 metres of Laser Welded Seams offering the vehicle elevated stiffness and exceptional crash efficiency, with other models yet to be released in Australia, exceeding this. The W+S Laser Cutter (LC 04) is the only tool of it's kind currently on the market , and with the advent of Laser Welding & Laser Brazing Techniques from some of the major Manufacturers, it is going to be one of those tools you cannot be without. |

W+S AP95 AirpullerThe W+S AP 95 Airpuller is the professional dent removal system, setting standards in ease of use without making compromises in cost and is recommended by some of the world's major car manufacturers. With the Airpuller AP 95 you can do all the dent repairs from the outside of the vehicle in a fraction of the time that is normally required with using existing tools. The AP 95 is fantastic on hail damage, small dents, on double-sided car body areas and for panel shrinking. Even panel shrinking of so-called highspots is no problem with the AP 95. The AP 95 can be supplied as an accessory to the W+S InvertaSpot Inverter Spot Welder or can be supplied with an AP 95 Transformer and Trolley for constant access in and around the facility. The AP95 can also be adapted to fit many other brands of spot welders. |

W+S AK98 Aluminium Pull KitMany alminium parts of the car body can now be saved by using the W+S AK 98. The innovative stud-welding technology combined with an automatic pistol is now revolutionising the dent repairing of aluminium panels. The AK 98 can be used for the repair of aluminium panels, which have minor dings and dents, longitudinal scratches and hail damage. The AK 98 is a completely microprocessor controlled unit. The precise digital display showing the charging voltage allows for the exact adjustment of all parameters When using stud welding with capacitor-discharge technology and peak-ignition means cool stud welding with no distortion. The aluminium panel is fully protected from heat, which means there will be no burnt patches on the inside of the panels. This new technology saves time and helps to reduce repair costs. |
